DINNER (Friday evening), Chic menu for a hot dinner!
Friday night a very chic dinner with the actors is organized. Participate to this amazing moment by sharing a table with a guest or by dining at a simple table. Either way, you’ll enjoy the moment!
*5 simple tables (10 participants/table) will be put up for sale for the moment.
*Seats won’t be assigned in order to allow you to eat with your friends regardless of their pass.
*Don’t forget that moonstone pass (1day pass) are allowed to buy seats for the dinner regardless of the day their pass are associated with.
*Guests are expected to come say hello at the different tables.
*Schedules will be given later. Evening dress required.
Guest table: 270 euros
Normal table: 180 euros
*Dates to book seats at a guest's table will be announced later

Conditions of sale of dinner tickets
- Dinner seats can only be bought by participants with a pass
- You are allowed to buy a dinner entry even if you chose to buy your pass in 2 or 3 instalments. However, in that case upon default of payment of the 2nd or 3rd instalment of your pass within the allocated time, your dinner entry will be cancelled and non-refundable
- Moonstone pass (1day pass) are allowed to buy seats for the dinner regardless of the day their pass are associated with
- Seats won’t be assigned in order to allow you to eat with your friends regardless of their pass
- Process to purchase a seat:
- Simple table: on sale in the ticket store
- Guest table:
- Booking is exclusively done through email ( Cette adresse email est protégée contre les robots des spammeurs, vous devez activer Javascript pour la voir. )
- Send an email (put as a subject the following >> booking at XX’s Table [Replace XX by the name of the chosen guest]) specifying your full name, type of pass, the name of the guest you’d like to share a table with, and the number of seats requested. The first 4 persons who will send the email will get a booking; they will then receive a return email with the information concerning the payment.
- Payment in 2 instalments is possible for guests’ tables. If you choose this option, the 1st instalment shall be due immediately, and the 2nd instalment no later than a month after the 1st one. Payment will be due at each instalment; otherwise your seat will be cancelled. Upon default in payment of instalments, the deposit(s) already given will be non-refundable and kept while the seats will be cancelled.
- Payment for guests’ table will be done only via bank transfer.
- Because of underage drinking laws, minors under 15 will have to be accompanied by an adult since alcohol will be proposed. They will have to present a parental consent “dinner” (to be downloaded on the website) signed by their parents or legal guardian (if the aforementioned adult is not the parent/guardian, + the copy of the ID of the signatory). The 15-18 yrs will just have to present the parental consent + the copy of the ID of the signatory
- Exceptionally, we will authorize the sale of dinner tickets to accompanying adults without entry passes.
- As said initially, Ian doesn’t attend any dinner or party at any convention so there won’t be "Ian-table"
- Guests are expected to come say hello at the different tables

PARTY (Saturday night) 110 €
Music (live DJ), dance floor, drinks, appetizer dishes, desserts miniatures, petits fours… and guest(s). Sounds like fun!

- Party tickets will be sold via the ticket store.
