Please read the terms and conditions before buying any tickets


Tickets & Seats

  1. By buying a ticket (pass entry, dinner, party, activities…) for the event, you fully agree with all the following terms and conditions as indicated on the convention’s website. Participating in this event, (whatever the capacity) means that you have read and accepted this terms and conditions.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, access badges will be collected at the venue as soon as doors opened. Don’t forget that an ID with a picture and proof of purchase (emails) will be required to collect your badge and tickets for the different activities. 
  3. Minors under 16 must present the parental consent “convention" (to be downloaded on the website) signed by the parents or legal guardian + the copy of the ID of the signatory. Minors 16 or more don’t need to be accompanied or to present those documents. Failure to respect those rules will prevent the minor from accessing the event
  4. Persons accompanying disabled participants will have to buy an entry pass. Adults that only accompany minors to the dinner/party will be authorized to buy tickets to the diner/party without entry pass
  5. Passes are personal. You are not allowed to sell or transfer them onto someone else without the promoter’s permission
  6. Once received, you must wear your badge constantly. This badge will be presented to team members/staff upon request. Failure to wear your badge or refusal to be submitted to checks, will prevent you from accessing, or may result in your removal from, the event
  7. Your type of pass will appear on your badge as well as your seat number. You will be allocated this seat during the entire event.  This number will be delivered according to the date of your purchase.
  8. If you’re attending the event with a group and you want to be seated next to each other, we advise you to buy your passes at the same time. However, the promoter offers no guarantee that you will be side by side.
  9. A single person is allowed to purchase more than 1 pass. In that case, she will have to specify the first, last names and e-mail addresses of all the other holders by sending an email to  Cette adresse email est protégée contre les robots des spammeurs, vous devez activer Javascript pour la voir.   in order to validate the passes. Each holder will then receive an email with their pass number. Each badge will be handed to each person of the group on location (after showing ID with pictures and the email of purchase). 
  10. If due to human and/or technical issues you bought online more passes, pictures and/or autographs tickets and/or activities tickets than you wanted, you will have to inform the promoter within 48 hours max. The promoter will refund the amount of the spare passes, pictures and/or autographs tickets and/or activities tickets, which will be put up for sale again. If the promoter is not contacted within 48 hours, it will be automatically understood that the interested party gives up his/her rights, and therefore, the spare item will not be refunded
  11. The promoter reserves the right to refuse pass/tickets sales (or to refund them if the purchase was already made). The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission
  12. The promoter reserves the right to impose conditions on the sale of or means of payment for passes/tickets 
  13. Passes/tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased, unless the event is cancelled by the promoter 
  14. The promoter won’t be held responsible if you can’t attend the event. No refund will be made
  15. Change of advertised guests due to professional commitments or other circumstances does not qualify for a refund.  
  16. You may cancel your pass, but there shall be no refund. Pictures and/or autographs won't be refund if you cancel them either 
  17. The promoter reserves the right to change event dates or location if necessary. In that case (postponement) passes / tickets previously purchased will automatically be transferred to the newly announced convention. If you can’t attend the event (reported) no refund will be made. You will be authorized to sell them after the promoter’s approval
  18. The promoter is not an event planner company, thus in case of a report of the event, only one date will be proposed
  19. Travel expenses to the event location, accommodation, meals are the responsibility of the participants. The promoter is not responsible for any of these costs and will not reimburse said costs in case of postponement, cancellation, or change of venue 
  20. In the event of change of venue, up to date details (venue, prices, date,…) will be made available on the convention website, but the onus is on attendees to ensure that they are aware of all details pertaining to the event. The promoter cannot be held accountable for failure of attendees to obtain up do date event details prior to the event.
  21. In a guest cancels his/her appearance, all tickets related to him/her (autographs, photoshoots, meetings, etc...) will be transferred on other guests or activities. No refund will be made. 
  22. By attending the event, the participant waives all rights or personal property of his image, and gives the promoter his consent to use any material as a promotional/commercial tool, on the website, in a trailer or for a future DVD release. Furthermore he understands that he will not receive any financial compensation for the use of any material/recordings.


Payment

  1. Online Ticket store: Paypal, Bank transfer. For a payment via bank transfer, please send an email to Cette adresse email est protégée contre les robots des spammeurs, vous devez activer Javascript pour la voir.   in order to receive the necessary information (put the email subject as « payment via bank transfer).
    On location: cash only

  2. Passes can be paid in 2 or 3 equal instalments after a reservation. Reservation shall be due immediately (SEPA bank transfer for Europeans), first instalment shall be due no later than a month after the reservation, 2nd instalment no later than a month after the 1st [ 3rd instalment no later than a month after the 2nd]. Payment will be due at each instalment; otherwise your ticket will be cancelled. Upon default in payment of instalments, the deposit(s) already given will be non-refundable and kept while the ticket will be cancelled. 
  3. Activity tickets can be paid in 2 equal instalments (for amount ≥ 200 €). First instalment shall be due immediately (SEPA bank transfer for Europeans), 2nd instalment no later than a month after the 1st. Payment will be due at each instalment; otherwise your ticket will be cancelled. Upon default in payment of instalments, the deposit(s) already given will be non-refundable and kept while the ticket will be cancelled.
  4. You are allowed to buy some activities tickets even if you chose to buy your pass in 2 or 3 instalments. However, in that case upon default of payment of the 2nd or 3rd instalment of your pass within the allocated time, your activities tickets will be cancelled and non-refundable.
  5. The use of paypal is only authorized for payment in one instalment because of the important fees attached to this method of payment.
  6. Participants outside of the European Union don't have access to SEPA bank transfer, they have to send an email at Cette adresse email est protégée contre les robots des spammeurs, vous devez activer Javascript pour la voir. to know how to proceed if they want to pay products in several instalments. By buying a product they fully agree with the procedure given by email.
  7. Payment by check: your check (french) should be received 5 days after the date of your purchase (date as per postmark)
  8. Payment by bank transfer (french or SEPA): you'll have 3-4 days from the date of purchase to go to your bank to make the transfer.
  9. Payment in several instalments: each instalment is due no later than a specific date (depending on the date of your 1st order). Your payment shall be cleared on the association's account no later than this date (for bank transfer); your check shall be received no later than this date (for check payment).

 

Pictures and Video/Audio recording

  1. You’ll be allowed to take pictures with flash only during the first 5 minutes of each Q&A session (flash allowed during those first 5 minutes) as not to disturb the guests during their talk.  Camera lens size should not exceed 18-55mm.Anyone not respecting those rules will be ejected without a refund
  2. Anyone caught using a video/audio recorder, or any other device such as mobile phone, dictaphone, mp3 player, tablet computer in a room used for the convention in the center expo will be removed from the event with no refund
  3. Pictures, as well as video/audio recording are strictly prohibited during photoshoot/autograph sessions or meetings, during the Friday dinner, and the Saturday party. Anyone caught will be expelled with no refund.


Autographs / Photos

  1. Autographs and photoshoots prices are listed on the convention website. Those two products are sold online via the ticket store only to participants who have an entry pass 
  2. Purchasing autograph/photoshoot tickets indicates that you have read and accepted the general terms& conditions as well as the terms and conditions of sale of autographs/photoshoots
  3. The promoter will not be held responsible for the non-realization of an autograph and/or a photoshoot if the participant fails to attend his(her) session when he(she) is called 
  4. Autographs, photoshoots, and autograph mediums concerning the special guest are not included in any pass
  5. The promoter isn't responsible for any delay or cancellation of some or all of the autographs and/or pictures caused by a guest's indisposition or decision to stop a session. The amount of those will not be refund.
  6. Authorized Mediums to be signed on are: mediums sold by the promoter, official products (DVD, CD, magazines, books related to the TV show). Internet pictures or art are not allowed.
  7. Additional photoshoots available to every pass will eventually be on sale later on site according to available stocks
  8. Participants are allowed to offer gifts to the guests only during autograph sessions (up to 1 gift per guest), after they’ve been approved by the promoter 
  9. The promoter reserves the right to reject the presentation of a gift that would be offensive to guests or bulky 
  10. Autograph/Photoshoot sessions are not the place to have long discussions with a guest ; you will be asked not to take more time than necessary to allow everyone to : enjoy the moment, and take advantage of their autograph/picture

 

Dinner/Party/other activities

  1. Tickets prices for the dinner, cocktail party, and the other activities are listed on the specific event, and sold online via the ticket store or during auctions. This concerns only participants who already have access passes.
  2. Purchasing tickets for the dinner, cocktail party, or the other activities indicates that you have read and accepted the general terms& conditions as well as the terms and conditions of sale of those different services
  3. Dinner: minors under 15 will have to be accompanied by an adult since alcohol will be proposed. They will have to present a parental consent “dinner” (to be downloaded on the website) signed by their parents or legal guardian (if the aforementioned adult is not the parent/guardian, + the copy of the ID of the signatory). The 15-18 yrs will just have to present the parental consent + the copy of the ID of the signatory. Exceptionally, we will authorize the sale of dinner tickets to accompanying adults without entry passes
  4. Party: Minors under 15 will have to be accompanied by an adult. Furthermore, they will have to present a parental consent “party” (to be downloaded on the website) signed by their parents or legal guardian (if the aforementioned adult is not the parent/custodian) + the copy of the ID of the signatory. 15-18 yrs old will just have to present the parental consent + copy of the ID of the signatory. Exceptionally, we will authorize the sale of dinner tickets to accompanying adults without entry passes
  5. Guests reserve the right to attend the cocktail party or not, and to participate in the dinner in its entirety or not


Guests / Promoter

  1. Guests are bound by contract with the promoter. Their personal and/or professional commitments are above their duties with the promoter or the convention, therefore their appearance might be subject to changes or last minute cancellations. In case of a guest cancellation, the promoter will try to replace him, and maintain the event. No refund will be made if the event is postponed or maintained (even after guests cancellations)
  2. The Promoter will not be responsible for the protocol that any of the guests might impose at some point. When purchasing a pass or any other tickets, the attendees accept this and exempt the promoter from any legal claim
  3. Any kind of disrespect towards the guests or the promoter will be punished by immediate expulsion from the event with no refunds


Organization/ Compliance

  1. Any person found not to be in compliance with the general terms and conditions of this event (and specific terms and conditions of sale of each product proposed) will be removed from the venue without hesitation. And there will be no refund provided.
  2. Failure by the promoter to provide (or a delay in providing) any services included in passes or purchased separately, which is caused by strikes, boycott, natural disasters or any other situation whatsoever reasonably beyond the control of the promoter, does not give rise to any claim or refund
  3. The promoter reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever to the event owing to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances
  4. The promoter reserves the right to change, modify and/or put on special offer ANY product of the convention from the very moment they come out until the convention dates, including products sold at the convention
  5. The promoter won't be responsible for any personal missing or stolen belongings during the event
  6. The promoter can’t be held liable for injuries or damages sustained during the event
  7. The convention’s website contains links to third party websites unrelated to the promoter. The promoter has no control over the nature, content or availability of those sites, and can’t be held responsible for these.
  8. This site may include third party content which is subject to that third party’s terms and condition of use. The promoter claims no ownership of, or relation to, this third party content (including images, movies…)
  9. Every effort will be made to keep the convention website up and running smoothly. However, the promoter won’t be held responsible, and won’t be liable, for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical or other issues beyond its control
  10. Any person not following the promoter’s rules, the staff’s rules during the event, or found behaving in an unlawful manner, that could cause a nuisance or disrupt the event will be expelled with no refund
  11. While the promoter attempts to cater as far as possible to the needs of participants, with regards to information dissemination, it reserves the right to release and disseminate information as best suits its needs. It is ultimately the responsibility of participants to make themselves aware of information related to the event whether it is released through the website, Facebook, twitter or any other medium used by the promoter
